Transform your mind and body with HIIT-based circuit training that emphasizes strength, endurance, speed, and variety. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates between intense bursts of activity for a fixed period followed by less intense exercises. HIIT is an incredibly efficient way to exercise that reimagines the average workout.

Every HIIT class features power-packed stations, like kettlebells, Jacob’s Ladder, TRX, and dumbbells. Our classes feature experienced HIIT trainers committed to your form, growth, and progress.

We have daily classes 7 days a week carefully and specially programmed to maximize recovery, encourage strength building and keep you from getting bored.

This 6 Week Series is an incredible opportunity to work on weight training for you in a supportive group environment. Work on your form, your technique, and your muscle groups in a class designed to help you build strength and ability.

Dynamic FULL BODY

Full Body is just as advertised! No muscle will be left behind. We use all the tools we’ve got to make this a workout you won’t want to miss. We’ll use everything we can to make sure you leave your one hour experience ready for anything life can throw at you.

Dynamic CORE and cardio

Our answer to the mid-week slump. Dynamic core movements combined with the best of the plyometric, high energy exercises we have. As always, we’ll use our staple stations, such as our TRX, Jacob’s Ladder, and rowers to get that sweat on, but we’ll also have some surprises! All the variety and fun is on-deck to work your core, power your cardio, and make it a workout you won’t want to miss.

Dynamic Lower BODY

Our lower body focuses on the complete package – your quads, hamstrings, and that booty. We use both weights, lifting, kettlebell squats, dumbbell deadlifts, and combine traditional (but unique) strength building with interval training on the Jacob’s Ladder and the Rower. Lower body results such as increased stability and stamina included.

Dynamic Upper BODY

Our Upper Body class features 8-10 stations for upper torso bliss. We’ll use Upper Body to sculpt our arms, develop some real core stability, sculpt that back, and build strength for everything UPPER!
